Trinetra Spiritual Enlightenment Center is a voluntary, non-political, non-profit making and independent democratic social organization. It is registered with Kathmandu CDO office and affiliated with Social Welfare Council (SWC). TSEC believer’s that all human being are born, free and equal in dignity; and the persons with disabilities also have the right to live happily and respectfully in the society with liberty, security and equality. TSEC works to ensure the principal and strategies envisaged in Universal Declaration of Human Right and other UN resolutions and Declarations on the rights of the persons with disabilities.
